Returns and Exchanges

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

If an item arrives damaged, please take a photo so I am able to make a claim with the postal service. 

Please contact me before returning any items to receive return instructions. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. 

Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method.

 

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted before the item has been dispatched. Once your order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. If you wish to return the item after delivery, please follow the returns process.
