Payment
Payment is due at the time of purchase.

Shipping
I ship worldwide using a Priority service with tracking. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and handling before your order is shipped.

Returns and Refunds
I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Please contact me prior to returning the item. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Right of Withdrawal
As required by law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract of sale within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please use the Right of Withdrawal Form provided above to notify me of your intention to withdraw.

All designs and images used in my shop are the property of me and my shop and may not be used without my permission.
